Although we do not want to have a product that you are not satisfied with, if there is a product that you want to refund, return or exchange, there are several steps to follow:

- Second, please send us the products that need to be returned or changed according to the address we provided.
- Third, after we receive the goods, we will refund and exchange them.
You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it after receiving it.
All the products are returnable and replaceable in case of quality issues.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned goods unless it’s about quality issues.
Sometimes the parcels may get lost, if you have not received your order in the delivery time, please contact us and we will refund you the payment or arrange to resend you the order again in this kind of case.

The refund will be done within 3 days after our warehouse receives your packages.
